Customers with products on back order will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Most orders on backorder will be fulfilled within 2 weeks.

There is no charge for exchanges. Just send us an email with your order information and let us know what you would like to exchange, and we'll send you an email with return instructions.
Returns will be refunded the full amount less shipping charges.
